Pastors are people too! We struggle with all of the same issues of life that our flocks face plus we have the responsibility of the church. If we enter into the suffering and needs of others as biblical shepherds should, we can easily get a “double dose” of the pressures of the world.
From time to time, every pastor needs someone to help sort out the problems, disappointments, hurts and challenges of both personal life and ministry. The model of biblical counseling offered by GEM is a grace-centered approach that reinforces the pastor’s identity in and identification with Jesus Christ. Counseling is provided on a love offering basis.
